Sunrise refractory lightweight insulation brick
Lightweight thermal insulation bricks are mainly made of light clay bricks, light high-alumina bricks and light-weight silica bricks. There are three main methods for producing lightweight refractory bricks: (1) flammable additive method, in which flammable materials such as wood chips or coke breeze are easily burned in the ingredients, and when the combustibles are burned during the firing of the bricks, There are a lot of pores in the brick. This is the most common method; (2) foam method, that is, adding a foaming agent such as rosin soap to the ingredients, and then firing into a porous product; (3) chemical method, adding in the ingredients A substance that produces a chemical reaction that foams. For example, dolomite or periclase plus gypsum, using dilute sulfuric acid as a blowing agent, produces a large amount, from immediately casting, drying and firing.
What are the mullite insulation products?
Mullite insulation bricks are mainly divided into light and heavy mullite bricks according to their density. They are mainly divided into: 1350, 1450, 1550 mullite bricks according to the temperature of use.
The mullite poly light insulation brick is formed by sintering mullite clinker, industrial alumina, combined clay and floating beads. Due to its high refractoriness, good thermal shock resistance and low thermal conductivity, mullite poly-light insulation bricks are currently used directly to build kiln linings such as shuttle kiln, which are used more and more widely.

Mullite poly light brick, also known as mullite insulation brick, has good thermal insulation effect, and its compact and light weight is also one of its characteristics. At present, it is widely used in the glass furnace upper structure material brick, modified board, processing furnace upper structure, firing kiln, melting furnace, refining device, heating device, thermal insulation layer of thermal equipment.
Due to the high porosity of mullite poly-light insulation bricks, it is not possible to withstand excessive loads when using mullite insulation bricks, and to avoid contact with molten metal, slag and high-temperature furnace dust; When the stone is insulated, the brick joints and expansion joints should be properly arranged to avoid squeezing the masonry due to expansion. Mullite insulation bricks should not be subjected to strong mechanical shocks, impacts and friction.
