Calcined mullite bricks are made of high-alumina bauxite clinker as a key raw material, and a small amount of clay or raw bauxite is added as a binder to form and fire. The electric melting pipe mullite brick is made of high alumina bauxite, industrial and agricultural iron oxide and refractory clay, and is added with wood carbon or coke gravel as an oxidizing agent. After forming, it is produced by reduction to an electric melting pipe method. The crystal of the fused tube mullite is larger than the calcined mullite, and the thermal shock resistance is better than that of the calcined craft. Their high temperature properties are key to the iron oxide content and the symmetry of the mullite phase and the laminated glass.
