3) Zirconium-rich sand is also called desilicate. All the silica in AZS is muddy from zircon. The insufficient part is supplemented by zirconium-rich sand.

 

4) Sodium ash is introduced into sodium oxide as a flux for AZS bricks. Generally, a second-grade product is used. One ton of AZS-33 fused brick requires about 20 kg of pure city.

 

5) Borax is also a flux for AZS bricks. One ton of AZS-33 fused brick requires about 20kg of borax.
