Some precautions for the construction of refractory bricks for flue

Our company is a high-quality refractory manufacturer and supplier in China. It has been engaged in the refractory industry for many years. Next, I will introduce some precautions for the construction of refractory brick for flue。

 
1. The pipe lining should be built with the shell as the guide surface. When there is a spray coating in the shell, the spray coating should be rounded and used as a guide surface for masonry.
2. The pipeline lining can be built or poured in sections on the ground. Welding space should be reserved at the joints of the pipeline. After installation, it should be rebuilt or poured in time. When the diameter of the pipe masonry is less than 600mm or the rectangular section is less than 500mm × 600mm, it shall be built or poured in sections on the ground, and the length of each section shall not exceed 3m.


3. The lining of the annular pipeline shall be built in sections with the shell as the guide surface, and the joints of the linings in each section shall be laid in straight seams.
4. Refractory castables or composite bricks should be used for each fork of the pipeline.
