After the ordered zircon brick are finished producing, whether you think, as a manufacturer, we can pack the zircon brick and deliver them to customers, in fact it is not like that, before packing, there is another important work we need to perform, that are inspection and pre-assembly which can adjust and optimize the dimensions of each brick.

 

About inspection

All the zircon brick need to be in qualified inspection carefully, such as the dimension and shrinkage. Advanced analytical instrument and inspection equipment are used to inspect zircon brick, such as Shimadzu Sequential X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer Lab CenterXRF-1800 and Ultrasonic Internal Structure Detector. Inspect the material, the melted liquid in electric-arc furnace and the final products to ensure the whole producing process under control.
 

 

About Pre-assembly

Pre-assembly is that arrange all the zircon bricks according to customers drawing, then the assembly number marks and joint number marks will be painted on each individual zircon brick, And this work can adjust and optimize the dimensions of each brick. With our advanced measure equipment and well experienced professional team which can guarantee that all pre-assembled zircon bricks will fit perfectly in final installation on jobsite of glass furnace.

 

About packing 

Considering various and complex transportation conditions, all zircon bricks are packed following the highest standard with foam boards between every two blocks, corners protected with triangular hard cardboards, multi-strengthened by steel bands, and wrapped in plastic films outside. What is more, for easy identification of different material, packing lists are placed both inside and outside package, and shipping marks are clearly painted on all cases.
