Introduction and structural analysis of mullite

Mullite is a series of minerals composed of aluminosilicates, which are rare. Mullite is a mineral produced by aluminosilicates at high temperatures, and mullite is formed when artificially heating aluminosilicates. Natural mullite crystals are elongated needle-like and radiate clusters.

The mullite mine is used to produce high temperature refractories. Mullite is a kind of high-quality refractory material, which has the characteristics of uniform expansion, excellent thermal shock stability, high load softening point, low temperature creep value, high hardness and good chemical corrosion resistance. Electrofused mullite, ordinary fused mullite, all natural bauxite concentrate sintered mullite and light burned mullite.
High-temperature mullite heat-insulating brick is a new technology introduced in China. It is the latest energy-saving refractory material in China. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity and small energy-saving effect. It is suitable for petroleum cracking furnace, metallurgical hot air furnace and ceramics. The lining of roller kiln, tunnel kiln, electric porcelain drawer kiln, glass kiln and various electric furnaces can be directly contacted with flame and tested and used by relevant technical supervision departments.

The products have reached the technical indexes of similar foreign products. Mullite, sintered steel jade brick, zircon brick, silicon carbide product, each corundum mullite is a high quality refractory raw material, mullite expands evenly, mullite thermal shock stability is excellent, mullite The load softening point is high, the mullite high temperature creep value is small, the mullite hardness is large, and the mullite is chemically resistant.
